Contacting support and known issues

We want you to get answers quickly without needing extra support tickets. That is why the Help Center is the first place to look for most questions. If anything is still unclear or you run into a technical issue, you can always reach us directly via chat.

1. Before contacting support

Please check first:

- the relevant Help Center article

- your current bookings and settings in your dashboard

Most questions can be solved in a few minutes this way.

2. How to reach support

Yumi42 uses Intercom for support. You can contact us directly through the chat widget on the platform.

How it works:

  1. open the chat widget in the bottom right corner

  2. describe your issue briefly

  3. if relevant: share a screenshot or a short description of the steps that led to the problem

Your request is automatically routed to the next available customer support agent.

3. Response channels

  • In most cases we respond directly in chat.

  • If it helps the resolution or more context is needed, the conversation may continue via email.

4. Our response time

We are still a small team and building Yumi42 actively together with the community.

During busy times it may take a bit longer to respond. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We always do our best to:

  • prioritize requests quickly

  • understand the issue clearly

  • provide a reliable fix as fast as possible
