Yumi42 uses Intercom for support. You can contact us directly through the chat widget on the platform.
How it works:
open the chat widget in the bottom right corner
describe your issue briefly
if relevant: share a screenshot or a short description of the steps that led to the problem
Your request is automatically routed to the next available customer support agent.

In most cases we respond directly in chat.
If it helps the resolution or more context is needed, the conversation may continue via email.
