Yumi42 is a curated online marketplace for coaching. Our role is to connect coaches and customers through a reliable platform. The coaching contract itself is always formed directly between coach and customer.
1. What Yumi42 can do
Platform and matchmaking
We provide the platform so you can present your coaching professionally.
We facilitate coaching contracts by making your profile visible and recommending suitable coaches to customers.
We curate categories and search filters and continuously improve them so customers find what they need quickly.
Booking and scheduling
Customers book directly into your availability.
We manage appointments and booking status in the system.After each booking we automatically create a free Google Meet link for the session.
For reschedules and cancellations we keep status, calendars and notifications in sync.
Payments, invoicing and payouts
We process customer payments via Stripe Connect.
We automatically generate invoices in your name and on your behalf based on the data you provide.
We run your virtual balance and pay out monthly once KYC is completed.
Communication and security
We provide a secure, encrypted chat that stays confidential between you and the customer.
We protect platform data through appropriate security measures.
Support and quality framework
We support you with technical issues related to the platform.
We enforce quality standards and act on clear rule violations.
We handle justified customer objections within the dispute window according to the T&Cs.
2. What Yumi42 cannot do
Not a party to the coaching contract
Yumi42 is not part of your coaching contract. Content, delivery and quality are entirely your responsibility.
We do not replace training, certification or legal licensing. You are responsible for meeting all requirements in your country.
No guarantee of customers or revenue
We cannot guarantee a specific number of bookings, customers or revenue.
Visibility depends on profile quality, offers, availability and market demand.
No tax or legal advice
We provide platform guidance only and do not offer tax or legal advice.
You are responsible for correct and up-to-date tax and legal information.
No psychotherapy or medical treatment
Coaching on Yumi42 is not psychotherapy or medical care.
You must clearly communicate to customers that coaching does not replace therapy.
No monitoring of private communication
We do not read chats between you and customers. Conversations remain confidential.
We only step in when a concrete, justified incident is reported.
3. What this means for you
You use Yumi42 as a professional framework for acquisition, organization and billing.
You retain full responsibility for your coaching and your legal and tax compliance.
We make the process simple, transparent and dependable for you and your customers.

Yumi42 is your technical and organizational platform for coaching bookings. We facilitate and support but we are not a contract partner for the coaching service and we do not take responsibility for coaching content, outcomes or your legal obligations.
