Quiet environment and good lighting significantly improve session quality
2. Video sessions (Google Meet)

You can use Meet in your browser, no app required

Quickly test mic and camera in Google Meet
Close unnecessary tabs/apps to save performance
3. Calendar sync (Google / Outlook)

access expired or disconnected
Fix:
remove and reconnect calendar

Issue: Publications cannot be saved or do not appear
Possible reasons:
required fields missing (image, title, excerpt, content)
file format/size too large
Fix:
complete all required fields
reduce image size and upload again
wait for Yumi42’s short review after saving
5. If you need support
If an issue persists after these steps:
use the chat widget on the platform
describe what happened and send a screenshot if possible
This allows support to help faster.
