You do not need any special software. A modern browser and a working camera and microphone are enough.
What you need
Browser — Google Chrome (recommended), Safari, Firefox or Edge. Keep it up to date.
Internet — stable connection. Wi-Fi recommended.
Audio and video — working microphone and camera. A headset improves audio quality.
Common issues
Camera or mic not working — check that your browser has permission to access them. Go to browser settings → Site permissions → Camera / Microphone.
Cannot open the meeting link — open it from your booking in your Yumi42 account, not from an old email. Disable pop-up blockers if needed.
Confirmation email not received — check spam and mark Yumi42 as a safe sender. All booking details are also in your account.
