Your profile helps coaches understand who you are and what you are looking for. Only a few details are required to use Yumi42, everything else is optional but can make it easier to find a good match.
Required information
These details are required so that bookings and communication can work:
Email address
You need a valid email address to create an account, receive confirmations and reset your password.First name and last name
Your name is shown to coaches in bookings and in the communication around your sessions.
You provide some of this during sign up, some directly after confirming your email. Without this information you cannot complete bookings.
Optional, but helpful profile details
The following fields are optional, but they help Yumi42 and coaches understand your situation and suggest better matches:
Profile photo
A simple, friendly photo helps your coach put a face to your name. This is optional and you can change or remove it at any time.Country and time zone
This helps to show times correctly and to avoid confusion when booking sessions.
Topics and goals
Short selection or description of what you want to work on, for example career, leadership, stress, relationships or personal growth. This helps coaches prepare and makes search suggestions more relevant.
Preferred language and format
For example which language you want to use in sessions and whether you prefer online sessions.Short introduction
A few sentences about you and your situation, for example your job, current challenges or what you hope to get from coaching.
You can fill in these fields directly after sign up in the short onboarding or later in your account settings.
What coaches see and what they do not see
Coaches can usually see:
your first name and last name
your profile photo, if you upload one
the topics and goals you share
the language and format you prefer
information you write in bookings, messages and forms related to your coaching
Coaches do not see:
your password
internal payment and billing data
technical information about your device or browser

You can adjust your profile data at any time in your Yumi42 account, for example if your goals change, you move to another country or you want to share more or less information. The more precise your profile, the easier it is to find coaches who fit your situation.
