Yumi42 is a platform for professional coaching. To keep it safe and fair for everyone, a few basic rules apply.
What is expected
Book, pay and communicate through Yumi42. Do not arrange off-platform payments with coaches.
Treat coaches professionally and respectfully in all interactions.
Show up for sessions you have booked, or cancel more than 48 hours in advance.
Use the dispute function or contact support for genuine issues.
What is not permitted
Requesting coaching services outside of Yumi42 from coaches you found through the platform.
Manipulating reviews (fake reviews, reviewing under multiple accounts).
Abusive, discriminatory or harassing behaviour towards coaches.
Violations may result in account suspension. To report an issue, contact us via the chat widget.
