Feedback, ratings and reviews

Updated over 4 months ago

Feedback is a core part of Yumi42. Reviews help customers choose the right coach and give you meaningful insight into how your work is experienced.

1. When customers can leave a review

  • Customers can leave a rating and review after paid coaching sessions.

  • Intro calls are excluded, as they are mainly for getting to know each other.

2. What a review includes

A review consists of:

  • a star rating

  • a short written review (optional, but recommended)

The goal is an honest and transparent picture of the collaboration.

3. Your role as a coach

  • You can publicly respond to reviews.

  • Use responses to thank customers, add context, or show how you take feedback seriously.

  • Keep responses factual, respectful and confidential. Do not include sensitive customer data.

4. Review check before publication

  • Every review is briefly checked before it goes live.

  • The check protects against misuse (for example spam, insults, personal data, illegal content).

  • Negative reviews are not removed automatically. Transparency is explicitly intended and supports your improvement.

5. Authenticity and transparency

  • All reviews come from real customers with real bookings on Yumi42.

  • Clients decide themselves whether to post reviews under their real name, a pseudonym or anonymously.

  • Artificial or purchased reviews are not allowed.

6. When Yumi42 may remove or reject reviews

Yumi42 may refuse to publish or remove reviews that violate rules or laws, especially in cases of:

  • discriminatory, insulting or abusive statements

  • illegal content

  • sharing sensitive or personal data

  • spam, advertising or clearly irrelevant content

  • demonstrably false claims made with abusive intent

In short

Customers can leave honest reviews after paid sessions. You can respond. Reviews are checked but not censored just because they are critical. Transparency comes first while Yumi42 protects against misuse.
