If you do not show up: the session counts as delivered. No refund is issued. If you know in advance you cannot attend, cancel more than 48 hours before to avoid this.
If your coach does not show up: contact us immediately via the chat widget. We will investigate and, depending on the situation, arrange a refund or a replacement session.
Repeated no-shows by a coach are taken seriously and may lead to their removal from the platform.
