Life happens. Here is what you can do if you need to change or cancel a booking.
How to reschedule or cancel
Go to your Yumi42 account, open Bookings, then Upcoming. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the booking card. You will see the options to Reschedule or Cancel.
If you cannot find the option or run into any issue, contact us via the chat widget and we will help.
Cancellation rules
More than 48 hours before the session — you can cancel for free. You will receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours of the session or no-show — the session counts as delivered. No refund is issued.
