If you want to start on Yumi42 as a coach, joining follows a few clear steps. This is the high-level overview without the field-by-field details on onboarding, pricing or KYC. Each of those topics is covered in the next articles.
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up as a coach on Yumi42 and confirm your email. This gives you access to the coach area and lets you start onboarding.
Step 2: Start onboarding
Onboarding guides you through the basic setup. What is required and what is optional is explained in the article “Onboarding checklist.”
Step 3: Build your coach profile
You create a profile that makes it easy for customers to understand who you are, who you work with and how you coach. The exact profile setup is covered in “Creating your coach profile: overview.”
Step 4: Connect Stripe Connect and complete KYC
To publish your profile and receive payouts, you connect your Stripe Connect account and complete verification. Details are in “Stripe Connect and KYC.”
Step 5: Set your offers and prices
You define what coaching you offer and at what price. How to structure this well is explained in “Setting offers and prices.”
Step 6: Set your availability
You add your available time slots and can optionally connect your calendar. Everything about this is covered in “Availability and bookings.”
Step 7: Publish your profile
Once the steps are completed, your profile is approved or reviewed and then goes live. From this point on, customers can find and book you.
Step 8: Customers book you
Customers book directly through your calendar. You receive a booking notification and Yumi42 automatically provides a free Google Meet link for the session.
