You can pause your profile on Yumi42 at any time or delete your account completely. Both options give you full control over when customers can find and book you.
Pausing your profile
If you cannot or do not want to coach for a while, pausing is the right option.
What happens when you pause?
Your profile is only partially visible.
Existing bookings stay in the system and can still be delivered or managed as usual.
Customers see a short absence note on your profile.
You select a date during pausing when your profile will automatically go live again.

Automatic hiding for low availability
To make sure customers only see coaches who are truly bookable, the following rule applies:
If you offer less than 8 hours of available slots per month, your profile is automatically hidden.
As soon as you set at least 8 hours of availability again, your profile is automatically reactivated.
Tip: If you plan to be away for longer, pause your profile proactively. That keeps your absence transparent and your reactivation date clear.
Deleting your account
If you no longer want to use Yumi42, you can delete your account at any time.
What happens when you delete?
Your coach account and profile are permanently removed.
All personal data is deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Data that must be retained by law (for example invoicing or transaction records) will be stored only for the legally required period and deleted afterwards.
Important note
Account deletion is final. If you want to return later, you will need to register again and rebuild your profile.
