How the marketplace works for coaches

1. You are discoverable through your profile Customers find you through:

  • Search and filters (topics, target groups, language, price range and availability)

  • Recommendations within the platform

  • Direct profile links you can share

Your profile is the key foundation that helps customers find you and understand how you work.

How to build a strong profile and increase your visibility is explained in the onboarding section.

2. Customers book directly into your calendar Once your profile is active:

  • Customers can see your available time slots

  • They book sessions or programs directly through Yumi42

  • You receive a booking notification in the system immediately

You control your availability yourself and can adjust it at any time.

3. Coaching happens outside the platform, coordination runs through Yumi42

Yumi42 coordinates the process:

  • Booking

  • Confirmation

  • Appointment management

  • Session status

You deliver the coaching in your own format (for example via video call). After a booking, Yumi42 automatically creates a free Google Meet link for the session. The link appears in the booking confirmation for both you and the customer so you can start right away without any extra setup.

4. Payments and payouts run through Yumi42

Customers pay via Yumi42 and payouts to you are handled through the platform.
