All coaching sessions on Yumi42 take place online via video call. Here is what to expect:
Format — 1:1 video call via Yumi42's integrated video system. The link is in your booking confirmation and in your Yumi42 account.
Duration — as agreed and shown in the booking (e.g. 45, 60 or 90 minutes).
Recording — sessions are not recorded automatically. If you and your coach both agree to record, that is your decision to make together.
After the session — the session is marked as delivered. A 2-business-day window opens during which you can raise a dispute if something went wrong.
Intro calls (free, 15 minutes) follow the same format but are focused on getting to know each other. No payment is taken for intro calls.
