Creating your coach profile

Your coach profile is your storefront on Yumi42. Customers decide within seconds whether you are a fit. The goal is a profile that clearly shows who you are, who you coach and what you stand for.

1. Personal information (required)

This section must be completed for your profile to go live.

  • Photo
    Upload a clear professional profile photo. It builds trust instantly.

  • First name and last name

  • Professional tagline
    A short headline that captures your role and specialization clearly.

  • Country and city
    So customers understand your context and time zone.

  • About me
    This is your detailed description. Use it to explain who you are, your background, your approach and what you offer. Focus on how you work and who you help.

  • My mission
    1–2 short lines. Your elevator pitch that appears both on your profile and on your coach card in the coach browser.

2. Pricing (required)

Set your price per session and whether you offer a free intro call.

3. Expertise & add. focus areas (required)

These are your core topics and focus areas.

You select them from predefined multi-select lists across all three main Yumi42 categories.

If your main specialization is not listed:

  • use your professional tagline, about me and my mission to include the relevant terms clearly

  • customers can still find you and understand your fit

Yumi42 regularly updates these lists so most coaches and customers can find what they need without the selection becoming too large or confusing.

4. Qualifications & accreditations (optional)

Add training, certifications and accreditations here. The clearer your proof, the stronger your profile becomes.

5. Additional information (optional)

These fields are voluntary but improve matching and trust significantly. The more you complete in a meaningful way, the easier it is for the right customers to find you.

You can edit or add to everything at any time. A complete profile is usually understood faster and booked more often.

In short

Personal information, pricing and expertise & focus are required. Everything else is optional but the more you complete clearly, the stronger your profile and the easier it is for the right customers to find you.
