Your offers are what customers actually book on Yumi42. The goal is a clear, easy-to-understand structure so customers instantly see what they get and whether it fits their needs.
1. Single sessions
Single sessions are classic 1:1 coaching appointments.
Typical for:
clear, well-defined topics
a first collaboration to get to know each other
targeted support or check-ins
2. Journeys (multiple sessions)
Journeys are packages of several sessions, usually tied to a goal or a time frame.
Typical for:
topics that require multiple steps
sustainable change over weeks or months
customers who want a clear structure
Journeys are usually defined by a fixed number of sessions.
3. Signature journeys (custom coaching journeys)
Signature journeys are your own structured coaching programs with a predefined flow that cannot be represented by a simple “number of sessions.”
Typical for:
your repeatable signature program
clear process steps
(for example assessment → goal setting → implementation → integration)customers looking for a ready-made coaching format
Here, you describe the process and outcome, not just “x sessions.”
How to set up offers on Yumi42
Go to “Pricing” or “Offers” in your coach area.
Create at least one offer.
Choose the offer type (single session, journey, signature journey).
Add a title, short description and a clear goal/value for the customer.
Set a price and decide whether you also want to offer an intro call.
Important: clarity over complexity
Start with 1–3 very clear offers instead of many variations.
Customers decide faster when they understand your offer within 10 seconds.
If your topic is not perfectly covered by the selection, use the free-text fields in your profile and offer to describe it clearly.
Yumi42 continually refines the offer and topic lists so they stay useful without becoming overwhelming.
In short
On Yumi42 you can offer single sessions, journeys (multiple sessions) and signature journeys (your structured custom programs). Create at least one offer, describe the process and value clearly and keep your structure as simple as possible.
